Terms of Use

These terms apply to anyone reading or navigating loseastoneinamonth.co.uk, published as Non GamStop Guide UK ("the site"). Continuing to use the site means you accept them. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

What the site does and does not do

The site explains how casinos operating outside the GamStop scheme work. This includes offshore licensing, deposit and withdrawal methods, wagering requirements and payout caps.

The site does not take bets, hold player funds or run any gambling product. Any account you open with a third-party operator is a contract between you and that operator only.

Age and legality

Content is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. Casinos outside GamStop are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. UKGC safeguards such as affordability checks, the Gambling Commission complaints route and mandatory GamStop participation therefore do not apply. You are responsible for confirming that using any operator is lawful where you are.

If you are self-excluded

Nothing on the site is an invitation to get around a GamStop registration or any other exclusion. If gambling is causing you harm, contact the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 or visit BeGambleAware.

Accuracy of information

Bonus terms, licence status, fees and withdrawal times can change without warning. Details reflect what was available when each page was written. Always check the operator's own terms and cashier page before depositing. Nothing here is financial or legal advice.

Outbound links

Some links may earn the site a commission. Commissions do not alter the factual details presented. The site has no control over external websites and is not responsible for their content, security or conduct.

Content ownership

Text, layout and graphics belong to the site unless stated otherwise. Short quotations with a credited link are acceptable. Wholesale copying is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, the site accepts no liability for losses arising from gambling, from decisions based on its content, or from the actions of any operator.

Updates

These terms may be revised at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
